TUI Cruises is back with Hasytec for another ship, to protect the complete seawater cooling system aboard Mein Schiff 3 from fouling, another true green inituative to reduce pollution into the sea.
A pleasent visit in Geiranger. Our partner Hasytec is currently aboard conducting the installation of our ultrasound antifouling technology. The full seawater cooling system will be protected by Hasytec DBPi antifouling system to avoid future use of copper releasing into the sea. Mein Schiff 3 will be the second cruise vessel with this technology on the globe, following Mein Schiff 6 where our technology is already in operation since April this year.
We have until now saved the oceans for receiving 362 tons of copper, we look forward to continuing this work.
